- Must possess a native Southern Vietnamese accent with clear, standard pronunciation.
- Requires a pleasant and polished appearance, professionalism, and confidence on camera.
- Ability to naturally and gracefully control the stage and presentation flow.
- Proficiency in a second language is a significant plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with audiences and handle unexpected situations smoothly.
- A genuine passion for television broadcasting, especially programs related to products, branding, business, and marketing.
- Priority given to candidates with previous hosting experience or a background in the television industry.
